You provide the alcohol and beverages, we provide the service! Choose from our wide array of package options to suit your event best. We will arrive to the venue 30 minutes early to stock the trailer with the beverages you provide, decorate with the theme you've chosen, serve your guests, and pack up our rig to be out of your hair by the end of the night!
Due to liquor licensing, we do NOT provide any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages in our packages. We will arrive to your event early to stock the trailer with the drinks you provide.
Our starting package for mobile bar rentals is 4 hours of serving time not including set up and take down time. Additional time will be charged $75/hour.
Our base package includes one TIPS certified bar tender for parties of up to 100 guests. If you have more than 100 guests, we require a second bar tender. Additional bar tenders will cost an extra $100 on top of the package price.
A specialty cocktail menu includes 2 cocktails: the bride's favorite drink and the groom's favorite drink. This is the most common menu for weddings not only because it's a fun way to give your guests something fun and creative, but it's also more efficient and helps keep bar lines down!
An open bar menu is what you would see if you walked into a regular bar. This gives your guests freedom to order whatever cocktail they'd like depending on what mixers and alcohol you choose to provide.
Tips are NOT included in our pricing! We will provide our bartenders with a tip jar to display on the bar top. Gratuity is appreciated from those who book the rental as well.
